Hello, the Ark named me Brandy. I came to the Ark as a stray doggie. That means I was wandering the road with no identification. When a doggie does not have identification like a collar with a rabies tag attached, or a microchip, there is no way the Ark can find their home to contact its family. I am a little girl Poodle with a beautiful apricot colored coat. I was born June xxxx. I weigh 8 lbs. You would not believe what the Ark doggie doctor had to do to me. I did not have very many teeth. What I did have was periodontal disease. What few teeth I had left had to be extracted. Now I have no teeth at all! I apologize for my bad hair day. The Ark is going to send me to the beauty shop when my mouth feels better. I want someone to love me that will hold me in his or her lap. That is when I am most happy. When you come to the Ark, will you ask to see the little lap doggie? That's me. Ark Rescue dogs are available for adoption to homes in the Alabama and Tennessee Valley area only. We do require a fenced-in yard to adopt our larger dogs.
