Hello, the Ark named me Dottie. I am what you would call a Blue Heeler. I have pretty blue specks all through my fur. I was found at a veterinarian clinic. The Ark agreed to take me in. I was born March xxxx. I just had my 3rd birthday. I am a little on the shy side. I like for you to be gentle with me and I will not shy away from you. I am a very sweet dog. I cannot tell you where I used to live, but I would love to live with you. I would need a fenced yard. The Ark like for their dogs to have plenty of room to run and have fun. I weigh 48 lbs. I think that is a good size for a family. When you come to the Ark, will you ask to see Dottie? That's me. Ark Rescue dogs are available for adoption to homes in the Alabama and Tennessee Valley area only. We do require a fenced-in yard to adopt our larger dogs.
