Harper was born out doors as part of a cat colony. A good samaritan brought Harper in from the cold and worked with her to get her comfortable with people. She is very slow to warm up to people but if you give her a chance she'll melt your heart. Because she started her life as an outdoor cat she would be suitable for indoor/outdoor living provided you gave her enough time inside at first so that she knows where home is and she is never made to be outside in inclement weather.
